What do we store?
When you sign up, we store your email address, chosen language, consent version, and signup time to send the qFit release announcement. Signing up does not create an app account.
How is your information used?
For the release notification and managing your request. We do not sell signup information or use it for advertising. Cloudflare hosts the website and signup database. Hosting requests may include network information needed to deliver and protect the service.
How do we prevent abuse?
We briefly store a daily hash of your network address and a request count to limit repeated signups. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the signup database. The hosting provider may process network information in its operational logs.
Cookies and tracking
This website has no advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Language is selected through the page URL.
How long is it kept?
Signup details are kept until the launch notification is sent, then removed within 30 days. You can request earlier deletion or withdraw consent by emailing privacy@qfitapp.com from the subscribed address.
Your choices
Contact privacy@qfitapp.com to access, correct, or delete your signup details. You do not need to share health details, passwords, or verification codes. This notice covers this website; app privacy information will be provided separately.
